Generally, the warranty for GE telephone products cover defects in materials or workmanship for one year from date of purchase. Please see your user guide for specific details.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY ASSISTANCE
If you are experiencing trouble with your equipment, please first check the FAQ’s on this site, as well as your User Guide for troubleshooting instructions. In many cases, this will resolve your issue.

1. Validate Product Issue.

Many issues can be resolved by properly resetting the product. Before returning your product, please follow these instructions to confirm your product has a valid and repeatable defect.

  1. To reset the phone, unplug the power cord from the wall (if it has one), remove any batteries (if it has any), and disconnect the phone cord that plugs into the wall.

  2. Leave your product unplugged for five minutes. When reconnecting the product, reinstall the batteries first, the phone line second, and finally, the power cord.

  3. If you have a dial tone but the display is not working, replace the batteries (if this product has any).
